What You’ll Do:
As a Vehicle Rental Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, managing various aspects of the rental process and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Rental Process Management: Oversee the entire vehicle rental process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
- Vehicle Management: Handle vehicle checks, maintenance, and ensure that the fleet is always in top condition.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform essential administrative duties such as processing paperwork, managing rental agreements, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Client and Service Orientation: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
