Position: Manager – Customer Experience & Complaints

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: 7-8 years in a similar role
Education: Graduate in a related field


Job Responsibilities

As the Manager of Customer Experience & Complaints, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and delightful experience at all touchpoints. Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Formulate and implement customer experience strategies to enhance the overall quality of service across all channels.
  • Measure NPS & Analyze Feedback: Measure and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) to identify areas of improvement and drive initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the organization to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
  • Call Centre Operations Management: Oversee call center operations to ensure that customers receive the highest level of support and that service quality remains consistent.
  • Utilize Customer Feedback: Leverage customer feedback to drive improvements and changes to services, ensuring we are always improving.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage and oversee the complaint resolution process, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all processes comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
